Tasting Notes: This wine has a black cherry colour and a fruity nose of plum, cherry, blackberry and a hint of cinnamon. There is vanilla, blackberry and a cinnamon tone with rounded tannins on a relatively soft palate, this wine is nicely balanced and clean.
Grapes: Syrah & Petit Verdot.

Food Pairing: The Petit Verdot in this wine compliments itself to hard cheeses, steak, spicy pork, veal, lamb, and all types of game. Recommended served at 18-20°C.
