Tasting Notes: This wine has a pale gold colour. The nose has a beautiful white fruit aromas with pear, peach, apricot and melon. Creamy touches with some spice coming from the lees aging and barrel fermenting.

Food Pairing: This wine is best consumed with grilled or roasted white meat with a creamy sauce. Seafood dishes such as seafood spaghetti with a saucy base will also add some extravagant flavours to your palate. Recommended served at 7-10 °C.
