Tasting Notes: An attractive pale pink colour with aromas of an intense red berries dominated by raspberry and strawberry with a hint of white flower. This wine has a very good lasting aromatic palate with slight hints of mineral and a balanced level of acidity on the finish.

Food Pairing: This wine pairs perfect with seafood such as lobster, seared salmon, tuna, duck or delicately cooked rare lamb. It can also be consumed with white-rind cheeses such as Camembert and Brie. Recommended served at 10-11 °C.
