Tasting notes:Since three generations with love and passion we make wine from the vineyards of the land where we have borned. Here is the blend of the very noble Anatolian Narince of Tokat planted 8 years ago and the wild Sauvignon Blanc from France that we planted 10 years ago. Both grape were harvested from selected parcels, Narince has fermented in oak with six month “batonnage sur lies” plus six month ageing when Sauvignon Blanc staid in stainless steel tank. On the nose we get dried apples, melisa flowers, lemon and ananas flavors. The mouth has a strong and lively acidity finishing on grapefruit. Serve along with Far Eastern dishes red mullet, salmon, anchovy, mackerel, shell fishes; pasta with clams, salad with sea foods. To serve at 8-10 °C.
